If we are neglectful in our Constitutional Rights, then we receive ill effects, and if parts of the Constitution were once geared towards one group, and we accept it still today.... then we are simply fools. | Here is the status quo for Independents and their feelings: "the difference between Democrats and Republicans. The Democrats want everybody to have a piece of the pie. Each Republican wants the whole pie for himself. But things have changed. Now there is no difference between the two parties except Republican presidents are much better at building tremendous deficits and fighting interminable wars." Now here is why they feel this way: The Constitution, in Article 2, Section 1, provides: "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress." However, no senator, representative, or officer of the U.S. government may be an elector. The electors are directed by the Constitution to vote in their respective states, and Congress is authorized to count their votes. John T. Jones, PhD retired college professor and business executive. What this means is that whoever wins the electoral vote wins the prize-the presidency itself. What this means is that their vote in say... Idaho does not count because they are not a Party Member. | What If the Electoral College is Tied? Many people have asked: "What happens if the electoral college is tied at 269-269?" For example, look at the map of Aug. 24. If it ends up like this and McCain wins Virginia, the final result is 269-269. What next? If no candidate for President receives 270 electoral votes (either due to a 269-269 tie or a third-party candidate has won a few electoral votes), the newly elected House chooses the President, with each state having one vote. Some people have asked what the House is likely to look like in January 2009. Lets start with the House as it is right now. Currently the Democrats control 27 state delegations and the Republicans control 21. Of course, it is the new House that gets to vote, not the old one. |
What generates, on a Spiritual level, alienation in the Voting process? In simple terms "past associations," in the long term process the past still controls the present. And it has a profound Spiritual effect. It's called "Spiritual Arrogance." It's called "being cocky." It is one of the many Nero Linguistic Programming tools long used to divide a Nation's Citizens and keep it divided. Is it Legal.... YES! It's in our Constitution and shows up intensely every 4 years. It shows up intensely because of the "Collective Consciousness," specifically for a Country Collective Soul Base. This time it is vigorous, here's why.... Bush had to win in order for YOU to see a deeper change had to take place. A "World Collective Effect" had to take place in order for God to step in and hopefully banish the division to retake the heart of this Country and the World. Money is now the tool used to shift the World into a consciousness of Responsibility and Accountability on all levels. This time out, as far as Voting is concerned, who wins is either going to wake us up or crush us. Obama is a mere Representative of a new consciousness forming, will he win? Look at the Constitution.... look at our collective pattern here in the US. The only way he could win is if you actively contact the Electoral factor directly and lean on them hard. Problem is, the old House isn't the one that would break a tie vote. | It will take every Spiritualist who is consciously aware of not only our Country, but the World, to come together in Prayer with the awareness of change in order to pull off real Governmental changes that are not only for this Country... but for our World. The divisiveness has just got to end. Insightful actions are no longer tolerated. Example: The city of Washington DC breeds fear and power, it is of the consciousness that is old and waning. The men that have upheld it are but symbols of a time soon to pass. With Prayer come Work and decisive Action. You know how you Voted or how you will Vote.... Apply Accountability and make those responsible act accordingly. How do you make your Vote count? By going to God first, then doing the Work of securing your Vote.  |
| The founding fathers of the U.S. designed a template whereby freedom of expression was the goal, and as they determined the country's direction of equality, freedom and compassion, the movement began to release from the land and its inhabitants, repressive and regressive energies that were in opposition to that expressive freedom. | To create a new Paradigm, a Paradigm of Prosperity, Peace, and Care for each other and our world is going to take Work. The Balance of Spirit has to mix with Business, Politics, All Religions, and even how we receive information and process it. I started this writing journey exhausted, fearful, and with much doubt. I wondered how is this going to affect them, my process is intense, because my love and respect for them is so strong. I thought, how are they holding up with the economy so volatile? How are their Businesses? How are their Families? Then I thought about my Readers... and asked the same questions about them... you see without YOU Readers, their would be no ebb and flow for X~Ray. I thought about my World, as Mountain-herbalist is building Search Engines to connect X~Ray even broader I simply wondered how can I serve my speck of this world better? I went to God, and began this series of writing. I still believe; Knowledge is Power... I really do not know the hows of many things. But what I do know is this, if we do not take Responsibility for our own emotions, ill Governments, judgmental Religions, corrupt Politicians will! If we do not stand as one, we will fall as many. This information is given in hopes to inform those who can work through the system, and those who can anchor all of us in non judgemental Prayer. It going to take both the Spiritual and Practical Consciousness of us all, to make this work for all of us here on Planet Earth.
