what I try to do my wife here does is this ..........." we buy sausage chicken,ham,hamburger we freeze that is on sale it what is on sale then what we have it for the rest of the year. any kind of food she buys has a pink label said reduce for sale like fruit ,apples pine apples ,oranges, that is on a different counter even quick sale on soy milk she needs to buy for menopause quick sale on soy products like for example Menu Bleu low fat - Almond TOFU its a desert ready to eat
which contains no artificial preservatives. silhouette Danon all fifty percent off it is my wife mostly buys diet soda we know it has msg into it but only so much it has in it and and regular soda too, by the time she is done buy off sale price of meats potatoes chips and soy product fruits Pasta . what have ya. even bread where they off sale where there is a bread store for day old bread she has fifty dollars left from her pocket and spends more food in another place across the city she has always been a food shopper that has one child that eats for two he is a growing teen ... I am hope that a mother of two or three could try to do the same with the food prices and the good benefit of health. Who really needs to buy food that no one knows what it contains by food producers .. I know in some places they don't a place to buy day old bread if your living in a town that don't have a store for it ...but still food like I mention still has sales....its all how people live that makes the difference .. as we grow we all age hate to say that . another focus in health is trying to keep ur mind busy, work, those who are retired . keep exercising swim ride bike . its what I try to do to stay fit ..I run or take a walk then I run again every day when I am not camping ride one speed bike.. do little things in the up stairs apt ...like sweeping the floors washing them, do laundry take dishes from t he dis washer, tend to my plants down stairs these are my normal activities .
