Please be aware that OUR TOS is strongly enforced here! Here is a GREAT Way to represent us here at X~Ray (and your self). When joining Ning or Wetpaint Sites or other Venues UPLOAD A PICTURE OR AVATAR. 1 Finish your Profiles all the way, and look for the Administrators of the Site to help you if you do not know how. 2. Add Friends. Get to know folks, it's polite and courteous for the new community that you're in. 3. Read the Site/Domains Rules and Regulations and Honor them, there is a reason they are their. 4. Don't imply rudeness. Your Profile, Forum Exchanges, or other activities at another Site, reflects your heart and spirit, show this, it's cool and really makes your Profile much more attractive especially if you want X~Ray to continue to Promote your Business at our Site. IF, we hear of any of our Members from BOTH X~Ray Your Soul~1 and or United In Spirit, not in accordance with another Sites Rules. You will be bounced off of X~Ray and United In Spirit simultaneously. You reflect YOUR own Business Site and your reflect us as well so please.... Behave  5. As for this Site, no Profile or Picture and you're out pure and simple. No Anonymous Folks will be allowed here. 6. It is NOT ACCEPTABLE under any condition to use images and graphics copyrighted to the original artist without seeking written permission from the artist. A copy of the written permission is required to be forwarded immediately to the site founder prior to submitting the graphic in question. All copyrighted work is to be LINKED back to the original creator/artist, no exceptions. As to Written Materials, in the body of your writing, or as a separate link, either quote the section and back link to original article. This acts as a "qualification" and actually adds to your written presentation. :) Example: NLP Article In the above example we have the use of a Photo by a Photographer who took the instructors picture. By linking back to the original it compliments our work here as well as host the instructors work. ARTWORK BY: SHADE LAW RScP UPDATE SEPTEMBER 9 2009 2AM Please do NOT come on asking to be an Administrator, or Writer, as there are steps that this Administration follows... and WE choose, who we want, to be on the left hand side as a Writer and certainly I Choose who I want to work with as an Administrator. All of the Administrators here have their own Websites/Domains which are Award Winning Sites for Content, Art, Expression, or as in the case of wigiantarctica709 "the Scientific Wetpaint Golden Can 2009 Award." I as the Founder, choose these Administrators because I have either worked with them before at Ning or MySpace, or I have developed a level of Trust and Respect in the case of wigiantarctica709 who is here at Wetpaint. So don't ask. If you desire to be a Writer, start Threads, I cannot impress this enough. Don't ask to be a Writer on this Site it's not fair to the Writers who started out writing Threads. And then these Writers were asked by this Administration. Don't ask to have an Advertisement unless your a Paid Member or you have spoken with ME! That's not fair to our Corporate Accounts nor our Affiliate Accounts. That's what your Profile is for, and I am more than happy to design and help you get hits right on your own Profile. Don't ask me for a Video for FREE! I work really hard on my Clients Vids and will gladly do a Video for you starting at $75.00 and ending at $200.00 that will automatically put at a Corporate Level. We are a Balanced Site here, and just because the Spiritual Side is deeply respected on this Site,,,, I am no longer a fool. I am here to Promote your work, Free Members have Webmaster Designed Profiles, Paid Members are on the left Side. Corporate Accounts and Affiliates are at our Video Site (either in link form or Video) at Striking Concepts. Both Sides do get rotated to get the internet exposure. So please stop thinking I'm a sucker. All Admins if you see new people direct them immediately to the Rules. Now on to the good NEWS. As you know, the Sites going through a major redesign. As we have over 900 pages here much will be streamlined. That includes Members, if your not here to contribute either on a Business Level or Thread Level participant might as well leave now. I have seen the dates on the Profiles and really now, some of you haven't been here for a YEAR. I do Bless you and know you will find a Community that better suits you. In my last letter I stated clearly that certain Sites will not be removed. The Business Profiles will not be removed. Some Spiritual Profiles will not be removed. As I do not mind working to rotate these Profiles because of their work. However there are those who are abusing our ability to get Readers and potential Clients, and this is just flat out wrong. I don't mind helping anyone, I don't mind extending our expertise here, but you know I am just not in the mood to be used any more. Nor have the expertise of 3 other Webmasters abused either. When we first came to Wetpaint, we developed 50,000 Readers, now we have over 90,000 Readers and by the time I am done at PTVT we will have over 1,000,000 Readers! That's 1,000,000 potential Clients for YOU. I never promised you will make money here, what I Promise, and Will Keep My promise, is that you will get more exposure. It's up to YOU to do some of the work around here to keep your own Profiles full of Threads. It's up to YOU to keep in touch with your Friends here. It's up to me to keep the ball rolling, and keep this Site in front of the Readers with all the tools available to me. I do want to thank right now all of the Members that do care, and are committed to this Sites growth. We don't need 1,0000 Members to be strong. We don't need a bunch of Avatars and empty Profiles either. What we need are folks that really care. What we need are folks that understand Business with Spirit simply means that the dream of everyone here can be met with Balance. And Balance simply means working for the Good of All both Financially and Spiritually. As a person lives and experiences life they form their personally, and inner self that reacts to stimuli from data stored in the brain they do not remember and some they do remember. Some information is stored that affects the health of mentality, physiology, spiritually, sense of being and life purpose and the ability to understand Love. Also, this storage of information through, spirit, thought forms, attached energies, previous lifes, Karma, cause and effect in the curren life and the Emotional states all in a Chaos of fomulation of controlled reaction by the Awakened State on the person. The ability to have and understanding of real Love, receiving Love and giving Love and Living Love is an effect of the being. The surroundings and Life conditions claim much happiness, sadness, tradgedy, loss, and building of hatred, despise, envy, lust, betrayal, brutality, anquish, violence, control, intrusive negative thoughts about the self and of others, family issues, poor relationships, inability to have stability in relationships and marriage or friendships and constant failure and school and maintaining employment and success and keeping afloat financially. What are the the problems that affect so many and why are they not able to be aware they have problems?
