We are much more powerful beings that we allow our selfs credit for being. We are self repairing / healing beings untill something, power, poison, energy field interupts our atomic vibration fields for each cell structure in our body. The Mind is the most under utilized part because it is not worked enough just like a muscle atrophy occurs when it is not allowed to be used. When it is exercised it becomes a magnificent machine capable of great power and fantastic movements, speed and also health providing. WE as humans need to stimulate the Intellectual Spiritual Energy Brains within the Brain and the other parts of the entire Body. The nervous system reacts to responses sent and receptors to answer and give other responses to each and every cell in the body to function as 1 Unit although hundreds of millions of functions are occur each micro second. This improvement requires, good nurishment, water, minerals, exercise, breathing well and clearing of the mind of trash that weakens memory and stimulants, painful thoughts or hurtful and anxiety feelings or depression. We can not afford the Luxury of 1 negative thought. Intrusive throughts can be fully eliminated and reframed by working to change your thought processes by making changes in your desire to become who you really are, and knowing what your life purpose it and know what you want to be and make a full desire to commit. Then act with passion on it like there is only 1 second for you entire life. Love every moment for everything you do and what everyone around you is doing. Rebuke negativity, remove yourself from the chains of that bondage, fly above the sludge and manuvere between the blocks like a rocket with nothing in its way. Ask to know and you will be given the answers.
